A shining example of Italian design in gleaming chrome-finished stainless steel, this machine boasts a completely self-contained freezing unit. Just place ingredients in the stainless steel bowl, touch two buttons, and enjoy 1.5-quarts of homemade ice cream in about half an hour. Also can be used to make gelato, sherbet, sorbet, frozen yogurt and frozen beverages. Shuts off automatically if contents become too hard. Recipe book included. This machine makes excellent ice cream with no pre-freezing of bowls taking up extra room in your freezer. You can make one freezer-full after another, and the quality of the ice cream is great--from soft and fluffy to smooth and firm, depending on how long you freeze it. The machine is heavy, though, so you'll want to find one place convenient to leave it. I love it. Learn More
