Great Value and Quality vs. the Higher End Brands
These pans stack up in toughness and durability as well as the Caphalons used by professional cooks, and won't break your wallet in the meantime. I own almost a complete set now and haven't been dissapointed once. For us novice chef's you just can't beat the quality of pan for the price. This cookware isn't your everyday pot and pan you find at Wal-mart. You pick one of these babies up and you'll immediately know the difference. The non-stick coating is excellent, especially for those of us who hate to scrub dishes. The only complaint for this particular pan, no lid.

Cuisinart Hard-Anodized Fry Pan
I'm very happy with my new frying pan. It's large enough to hold big chicken breasts and bacon and nothing sticks. Very easy clean-up. My only complaint is that it doesn't have a lid. I've searched the Internet for one big enough, but there doesn't seem to be one. Reviews of adjustable lids complain that they don't really expand enough for a 12" pan.

BEST every day pans
I absolutely love my cuisinart hard-anodized pans! I don't have to worry about chemical fumes, like with Teflon, or worry about the nonstick covering flaking off. These pans are also a cinch to clean. Unless I get one completely gunked up on the inside and outside, I don't even wash them between uses. Instead, like with cast iron, I rinse off the pan with hot water and give it a quick wipe with a paper towel to remove any stray bits, and it's good to go.
I use my pan to sear steaks, make crepes, caramelize onions, make tomato sauce, fry eggs, sitr-fry, make risotto...it even works great for stove-to-oven recipes. I don't know what I would do without it!
