A sharp, well-balanced knife
It is great to have a knife with a blade long enough to handle larger items while at the same time having balance and design that make it easy to use. The blade has a wonderfully sharp edge, so it may be guided easily and without extra pressure to make it cut through something.

Great for Cheesecake!
This is a perfect cheesecake knife. I knew I wanted a knife that would be long enough to cut the entire cheesecake in half with one cut, AND be thin enough to not drag too much of the cheesecake out when I withdraw the knife from the cheesecake, AND be sharp enough to cut through the cheesecake and crust easily. This knife exceeded my expectations.

Highly recommended
I have had the 10" version of this knife for a few years now, and it is still one of my favorites. Absolutely perfect for removing skin and fat from raw chicken, and slicing anything from cooked roasts to strawberries. It's thin and has a great tip for getting small thin slices.
