Great knife!
This was the latest addition to my knives and the best so far. It does a wonderful job chopping up vegetables
and fruits.

the wonder knife!
I have owned this knife since it first came out. My son loves to cook for his family, so to help with all the prep-work and such, I decided to purchase the Santoku with the hollow-ground edge as a Christmas gift! He has kind of been hinting too!

"Good for smaller Hands"
We bought this knife for a gift, but we own one and have used it for several years. We like it for small slicing and chopping jobs. It is a light thin bladed knife that is especially good for smaller hands. It's my wifes choice about 95% of the time. The 5" blade would not be good for large heavy duty projects. The quality is very good and the edge holds up well.

Great gift
I asked for this knife for our Christmas grab-bag. I have been using it ever since. I love it and have already recommended it to someone. I love this size (5") because I have small hands. So far, so great.

Go To Knife
Being classically trained in the culinary arts I had a hard time using knife other than my Wusthof 10" chef's knife. I love my santoku. It is light in the hand but still a workhorse. That lightness reduces fatigue. Those cool little dimples allow very thin slicing with no product sticking to the blade. Even my wife [ who is a bit intimidated by big sharp knives] uses our Santoku- frequently enough that I think we might need another.

Great Knife
I purchased this to add on to a Wusthof set I received for Christmas and it was the one additional knife I needed. Has a solid feel and cuts perfectly.

This product is well balanced.
I bought this as a gift to myself. One of my favorite Wusthof knives. Very good quality, ergonomic handle, well balanced and size.

Perfect Size
This is a high quality knife and the perfect size for many tasks. I don't always need the larger size, but paring knives are too small, so this knife fits the bill.
