Best small family dinner grill
This grill is as good as one we used for many years in the 1960's. So gratefull to have found one in todays world.

The best charcoal grill ever!
Food cooked on a charcoal grill somehow tastes better than that cooked on a gas grill. Also, if you are going to a picnic or tailgate, you need a portable grill. This Lodge Logic Sportsman Grill is the best charcoal grill I have ever used. It's made of sturdy cast-iron material with a large grilling surface area. This grill is well worth your money because, with normal use, this will be the last charcoal grill you will ever buy.

LOVE this grill!
My husband had been "eyeing" this grill for quite some time, but never bought one so I ordered it for him for Father's Day. It has been quite a BIG hit! So far, we have grilled hamburgers, chicken and steak and all were cooked to perfection and nicely grilled.
We are campers so I know that this grill will be traveling with us. I would highly recommend this grill. I love the lodge products! They last a lifetime!!

Solid, Great tasting, Easy to use
I got my Sportsman's grill for Fathers day and have used it 5 times already. I love it. Grilling food has been awesome. It works very well, hamburgers came out perfect not burned, hotdogs nicely brown, sausages carmelized beautifully, along with onions. Fits my cast iron fry pan (Lodge). Pre-seasoning was properly done and I could not be happier. Next up steaks! I use my Nordic Ware Basting Cover (CHEFS) to help cover as needed.

Love it!
I would recomend this product to everyone. We used the grill last weekend and it worked perfect. We camp a lot and have been searching for a great grill and we have finally found it!

I Love It !
Very solid, nicely built. Grill flips over for two cooking heights. Great for searing, or not. One Chiminey Charcoal Starter will give you about a full double layer of red hot coals.
One cautionary note. The door and the vent door are loose, so when you dump your ashes, they will fall off and you may not know it. Also, it is not well balanced for the handle. It will tip towards the front. Enough that the door will fall open. Putting the handle on one way is better than the other, it does make a difference. If it tips to far and the door falls off when you pick it up, flip handle end to end and see if it improves.

Worked Wonderfully Well !
I tried my cast iron Sportsman Grill for the first time yesterday. It heated quickly and evenly and cooked my food to perfection. Would definitely recommend this product to family and friends.
