Calphalon One Nonstick cookware is covered by a Lifetime Warranty. Calphalon will repair or replace any item found defective in material or workmanship when put to normal household use and cared for according to instructions. Minor imperfections, surface markings as a result of shipping and slight color variations are normal. This excludes damage from misuse or abuse, such as improper cleaning, overheating, dishwasher use, use of caustic or other unapproved cleaners, neglect, accident, alteration, fire, theft or use in commercial establishments.

Use and Care Instructions• The first time you use your nonstick pan, wipe the interior of the pan with a light coating of cooking oil.
• For searing, sautéing and pan frying, pre-heat the pan on low to medium heat before adding oil.
• It is not necessary to use cooking oil for easy food release.
• If you prefer using aerosol sprays, it is recommended that you spray the food, not the pan.
• These sprays cause residue build-up that is difficult to remove from cookware.
• Be sure all traces of cooking oil have been removed from the pan before storing.
• Nonstick pans should not be used under the broiler.
• Always use a potholder or mitt to prevent burns when removing pans from the oven.
