Best Water Kettle EVER!!!
Okay, so this is my second kettle - I will leave out the embarassing incident that required the second purchase - let's just suffice it to say I went all of one day without my old one and I was ordering this one up! High quality, looks fabulous, heats quickly, washes up like a dream in my dishwasher, excellent price. I'd buy the larger one too, if I had a gas stove. As my title states, in my "humble, use it every day" opinion - "Best Water Kettle EVER!!!"

Great Value
I've never been disappointed with anything I've ordered from Chefs. The Demeyere Water Kettle is not only a great buy, it is very attractive. I love that there is no seam on the bottom of the kettle. I keep it on my stove. Friends have commented on how attractive it is. I'm extremely pleased.

LOVE our new teapot!!
We just LOVE our new 'CHEFS' teapot. Not only does it heat up fast, considering it has a 4.5 qt. capacity, but the finish is just beautiful. It looks super on our black stove.
We would highly reccomend it to anyone wishing to buy a quality product, at a reasonable price.

Nice kettle
This kettle looks good and lives up to its description, performing as a water kettle is supposed to, which some other kettle makers don't seem to consider as being an essential product feature. The only POTENTIALLY negative feature I see in this one is that in the photo the handle appears to be attached with rivets, but those bumps you see are not rivet heads and instead are decorative bumps meant to give the impression of rivets. The handle is spot-welded onto the body, which I allow is NOT necessarily a problem. I mention it only because users of some OTHER brands of kettles have complained that spot welds sometimes break after a year ot two, and I purchased this kettle with that in mind. Still, I like this kettle and will keep it, and only time will tell on the welds.

It's a really nice tea kettle. I bought the smaller one and it's quite big, and I find that it's working very nicely to make pressed coffee and tea at the same time. I used to have to make batches. Appears very well made, substantial, and easy to clean. Been looking for a perfect tea kettle for a long time and I think maybe I've got it this time. Looks like I won't ever have to buy a new one and that makes me happy,. (And thankfully no whistle)

not as well made as they used to be
A little disappointed in the quality. I purchased this brand many years ago and had to replace it this year due to a "water boil out". The new kettle came with a broken lid handle. Too much of a hassle to wait for a replacement ,ship back the damaged one and be without a kettle. Just crazy glued the handle- so far it's holding. But I would still recommend the kettle.

Demeyere Water Kettle
I like this water kettle very much..I bought it because of its size., I like to do a lot of canning and this will come in very handy. When I recieved the water kettle I was pleasantly surprised at how well it was made. It is also very nice to look at.
