So Great
I was very happy with the way this handles serrated knives. And many of my knives are inexpensive and yet, after sharpening, they cut like the few good ones I own. Easy to use and small to store. I should have had this sharpener years ago!

Tried all the manual ways to sharpen our knives, but never could get that "edge" back... This sharpener does that and more !

OUTSTANDING PRODUCT
I didn't know how dull my knives were until this product brought them back to life.

Essential Kitchen Equipment.
To own a knife without a good sharpener, is to own a future butter spreader. This is the third Chef;s Choice Knife Sharpener I have owned over a fifteen year period. I started with their three position model and realized early on that if I used it on a regular basis, the course position was not needed. Hence my transition to the two position model. It takes up a third less counter space and is ever ready to retain a great edge on all my cutlery. The model 320 Flexhone Strop is a recent acquisition and has lived up to all my expectations. It is an item that should find a permanent place on anyone's kitchen counter who uses knives, and used on a regular basis.

Excellent sharpener
I have tried a variety of devices and techniques over the last couple of years with marginal success. This sharpener is easy to use and quickly puts a fine point on any knife. It was a little more than I was looking to spend, but as long as it holds up for a few years, it will be worth the investment.
