Care and Use:
• This cookware is not recommended for use on flat glass top ranges
• Can be used in the oven for either covered or uncovered cooking
• Roasters are oven safe to 450°F
• Do not use under the broiler
• Use ONLY low to medium heat for rangetop cooking
• To prevent warping, avoid sudden temperature changes
• Use only plastic, rubber or wooden spatulas, spoons and forks. DO NOT USE METAL TOOLS
• Hand wash, dishwashe4rs are not recommended.
• Use of a metal polish on the exterior of the roaster is recommended
• Traditional cleaning methods for metal cookware, including soap impregnated steel wool and scrubbing pads, are recommended
