I have benn a home cook all my life, for over 29 yrs I couldn't find a roaster that was like what I wanted I was always disappointed. I purchased this roater less than a month ago and have used it 5 times already. It is awesome. The description doesn't do it justice from a cooks point of view. Roasts, chicken, meatloaf ( all with the veggies included) cooked to perfection. The food kept the moisture yet browned to the exact perfection. The drippings were still there to make great gravys.
