a chip of the old block
I am forever chipping glasses or small bowls. I really don't want to toss them, but because I am fearful of cutting fingers or having chipped glass, I toss them. Enter my new favorite "toy". I am now able to "file" down any chips and they come out smooth with no worries of more chips or cuts. This item is wonderful. Too bad I waited so long to purchase it.

Wonderful
One of my favorite pitcher got knicked and I was pouting for weeks. I knew I could never find another one like it. When I saw this item ..I was like okay...

Great for home and gifts!
I have been wanting an item like this for YEARS, just didn't ever see one. LOVE it. Works on everything from inexpensive cereal bowls to fine crystal. A friend told me about the Crystal Crafter and I have shared information with other friends and they ordered one for home and extras for gifts.

great for fixing chips and nicks on glassware
I used this to smooth out a big chip in my glass top dining table. Yes I will have to eventually replace the glass, but I was able to smooth out the rough edges so I can use it longer with out replacing it. I think the product will also be great for nicks out of drinking glasses, wine goblets, glass bowls,etc but have not had the need to try it on those products yet. Would also probably work well on Pyrex items and Corelle items as well since they are glass based. Not sure how it would work on , china, stoneware, etc although it does say that you can use it on those items.
