Remember the guy who said, "What if we took the bread and sliced it?" Well, whoever invented this gadget should be in the cook's hall of fame. I've purchased many a gadget in my time, some good, some terrible. This one rocks!! If you use a lot of garlic, you MUST purchase this tool. It chops or slices like a dream and cleans up very easily. You just put the peeled clove in one of the little compartments and squeeze. I've recommended this to many friends and they all just love it. If you have to purchase one kitchen gadget--this is it.
