Makes the best cup of coffee!
The 12 cup Old-fashioned Percolator we purchased was something we are glad we found. It's construction is of very high quality materials and should be usable in our household for many years to come. The coffee it makes is great! We rate it A+++++!

This hot cup of coffee is worth the wait!
I used to watch my Mom make coffee with the perculator and loved how the smell would permeate through out the entire house. I had percolators in colllege and up until recently when I decided to go with the drip coffee maker.
I am happy to have the old fashioned perculator back and the coffee is just as hot and flavorful as I remembered it.
The only thing I do not like about the product is that the lid is permanently attached tothe canister. I am afraid that in a rush I will accidentally bend the lid too far back while cleaning it and snap it off.
Other than that the few more minutes of time it takes for the coffee to reach the boiling point and begin to brew is worth it. I always prefer piping hot coffee over the fire rather than placing a fresh cup of drip coffee in the microwave to reach the desire temperature.

Solved my problem
Just purchased an old fashioned percolator because I have gone through three electric percolators in the last 2 years and have not been satisfied with their longevity and performance. They eventually produced coffee that was lukewarm and weak.
Now, I have the perfect answer. Heat it up on the stove or in the RV and have it as hot and as strong as you want it. No plugs, no elements to worry about. This pot is stainless steel, has a good solid handle, an easy to work lid hinge, and most of all a glass knob that will not crack and discolor as plastic does. I am very pleased. It makes 12 cups of coffee and is plenty for all.

Great Pot
If you like coffee this is the only way to make it. This pot is all you need to make the best tasting coffee you ever had. It's made of excellent material, east to use inside or out, on the stove or on a grille. We have a 4 cupper to travel with and a 9 cupper for the house. We love them.

Great coffee
I have tried everything and ultimately do like a perculator type maker for good coffee. This simple pot makes great coffee, since I really like to taste my coffee flavors,. I wish I would have purchased a larger pot, I got the 9 cup. If you fill the water to the 9 cup line, once it starts to perk, it does spit out, so it is better to fill to 8 cups.

Good Quality
This product is just what I've been looking for. I bought it for my husband for Fathers Day because we both love percolated coffee but we camped last weekend and I couldn't wait. We had an old fashioned glass one years ago and it made the best coffee but ended up getting broke so I decided to try and get another percolator coffee pot because the drip pots, although quick, don't make as good of coffee. There is a little more of a wait, (have to get it boiling), but worth it. Heavy duty, good quality, nice looking.

Hard To Find
This is one quality percolator. It is totally stainless steel (love that). The wooden handle never gets heated, nor dose the rest of the metal handle which is riveted to the pot. It is very easy to handle even with a full pot of hot coffee.
