I bought one of these on sale from a different place, and I am so pleased with it I am about to order the full set here. The way it fits in my hand and how sharp it is makes it perfect for veggie prep; this was the first time I have felt completely in control and at ease slicing through a spaghetti squash. Although it is a little bit inconvenient to have to remember not to toss it in the dishwasher, as another reviewer said, that just is not the way we treat a good knife anyway! :) Learn More
