Great Quality
I bought this as a Christmas gift to my daughter, who is in Pastry Arts at Johnson & Wales. She is very pleased with it, and has discriminating tastes. It can't compare to the equipment with which she works at the University, but for an in-home unit it works very well.

easy to use
very simple operation, easy to clean, short time to make ice cream. lots of fun. looking forward to national margurita day on feb. 20. does not require a lot of room.

Cuisinart Yogurt-Sorbet & ice cream maker
My little machine arrived in perfect condition but as of this day I hae not had timne to try it. I am looking forward to the day when my Grandchildren come over and we can make ice cream! We have eached picked out our favorite flavor and we are going to have an ice cream fest!. I think it will be so much fun. We have picked this Saturday for our ice cream fest so will be able to tell you more after that!!! ew
