what can I say other than you get what you pay for. Excellent on all foods, beats the heck out of regular table salt and just a little goes a long way.

Sea Salt Makes Everything Better
I've never had real "fleur de sel" before this, and I'm never going to be without it again! I have fallen in love with the fluffy texture and the deep salty flavor it gives to dishes. It's also especially delicious to use when making toffee. Great to have on hand in the kitchen, and would also make a great gift!

Excellent Addition
This salt has made an excellent addition to the selection I keep in my pantry and was perfect for making Caramel de Sel!

Great Product
As a certified foodie, I appreciate the quailty of fleur
de sel salt. It works perfectly with both meat and chicken. A MUST TRY!

Good with Flaws
This fleur de sel is similar to many gourmet fleurs de sel I have enjoyed over the years. Typically, the product is moist, with clumps of crystalline salt clinging tightly together. This ample supply, in a wide-mouth jar, is less moist than usual--a welcome change. Flavor is good. Color is excellent. Price is acceptable, and this is a premium product. What is not okay, is that the tamper seal on the bottle I received had clearly been cut before its arrival at my door in the sealed Chefs Catalog package.

Delicate, almost sweet with no pleasant aftertaste - truly a special salt for delicate foods and even deserts! If you care about salt, you'll enjoy this natural product immensely!

Essential for French Salads
This salt adds a pleasing crunch to a tossed green salad. It has a sea-briny flavor, and is not as salty as regular table salt. Can't live without it!
