Better than non stick pan
If you really want your angel food cakes and chiffon cakes to keep their height this is the pan. It gives the cakes something to grab during the baking process. I rate it a 10...

Great Product
I have been making pound cakes & angel food cakes for years with an aluminum pan I got from my mother. I purchased a new one about two years ago that was non-stick, but it browned the cake too much for my taste. I have looked everywhere to find a plain aluminum pan but could not find one in the local stores, I was on Chefs Catalog looking for something else and found this pan. I made a angel food cake last week and it was perfect. I can't wait to make a pound cake in this pan. I have recommeded my daughter purchase one also so her cakes will be perfect too.

Luscious Angel Food Cake
This pan is essetial for any home baker, especially those who love angel food cake. This is the perfect pan to bake up all your homemade desserts. I first used this pan to make a traditional angel food cake and it worked perfectly. The strong material is durable and requires no greasing. I just mixed the batter, poured and baked. The cake baked up light, fluffy and moist. To let the cake cool, the pan has little feet which allow the cake to rest before serving. The pan has an easy removed base which allows the cake to pop out easy with no mess. I use this all the time. It makes up great angel food cake, and I love to fill my finished cakes with fruit or top with a whipped topping. This pan is perfect for yummy desserts and is a fool proof way to make your cakes look great.

This is a 9" pan, not 10"
The packaging says this pan measures 9.25" â that's outside edge to outside edge, but inside it measures exactly 9". So, if your cake recipe calls for a 10" tube pan, KEEP LOOKING!
