I love this pan it's like getting two pans for one very reasonable price.
Well constructed, no more burnt bread bottom's and no sticking, great air circulation for a nice crust finish. The size fits nicely in my convection oven, so I don't have to heat my gas range.

Great Bread Pan
These pans are the best. They have been hard to find. I am happy to see that Chefs Catalog is carrying them. They are light weigh, non-stick, and durable. The holes on the bottom allow for a nice crisp crust to develop. I own three of them and am contemplating another!

Efficient Baking
Bakes bread evenly, browns on all sides. Great to bake two baguettes at a time. Non-stick finish works well.

Outstanding Product
The Chicago Metallic Professional Perforated French Bread Pan is outstanding. It is commercial grade. It is a quality item. It is well made and well designed. Long bread, such as French or Italian, will benefit from the unique way that this product allows the hot air inside of the oven to circulate around the dough. I haven't tried long rolls in it yet, but I am quite sure that they will be fine.

Great with Chef's French bread recipe
Saw the French baguette recipe on Chef's site, bought the pan to try it, and loved it. The bread was fantastic. The pans worked wonderfully to give the bread a crisp crust. The bread was easy to make.

Fantastic Product!
Wow! Can't believe I waited so long to purchase this pan. I have truly been missing out. I use to try and make French Bread in a make shift pan because I didn't want to spend the extra money. I finally decided to splurge because I just wasn't getting the results I wanted. Can't believe the difference in the appearance and quality of my bread after using it.
