Italian Bread pan
This may be advertised as a French bread pan, but I use it for my Italian bread. It is the perfect size to hold just the right amount of dough. The bread comes out perfect every time.

Just what I was looking for
I've never been too excited about the product from my bread making machine. A friend gave me a very simple recipe and suggested the French bread pan. The first loaf was just what I was looking for: crusty and tasty.

I love this pan it's like getting two pans for one very reasonable price.
Well constructed, no more burnt bread bottom's and no sticking, great air circulation for a nice crust finish. The size fits nicely in my convection oven, so I don't have to heat my gas range.

Great Bread Pan
These pans are the best. They have been hard to find. I am happy to see that Chefs Catalog is carrying them. They are light weigh, non-stick, and durable. The holes on the bottom allow for a nice crisp crust to develop. I own three of them and am contemplating another!

From clump to form
Baking my sourdough in long loaves, well, they just were more bump and clump than French Bread in appearance. Now I can form them in a longer length, they don't rise to join together and I think the perforations help make a better crust.

Great product
The baguettes I made on this pan were the best I've ever made. I'm so thrilled I bought myself this pan.

Very Nice French Bread Pan
Mine arrived a little mangled from shipping but was no problem to bend back into the correct shape. Took about 3 minutes. Bakes excellent french bread loaves. They come out evenly browned all the way around. Appears to have some sort of non-stick coating. It bakes like it anyway. Loaves don't stick to the pan when done. Easy to wash and easy to store.
