Scanpan is great!
This saute pan is just the latest addition to my Scanpan collection. I have three fry pans and two saucepans of the Scanpan Professional line. All of them work wonderfully and are such a breeze to clean. I highly reccommend this product line.
The only (small) downside is when a recipe call for adding a liquid and scrapping up the "fond", there is no fond because of the super no-stick surface. The ceramic/titanium no-stick is really no-stick. And I don't have to worry about what utensils I use when cooking since it is also no-scratch.

Finest Cookware on the Market
The ULTIMATE performer ....SCANPAN Professional lives up to its claims. I own several pieces and am totally satisfied. It cooks beautifully, no fats (or with miniscule amounts) required and there is no cleanup. Wish I had these all along, as I have tossed so many inferior products in the past. If you purchase their small skillet, you will end up purchasing the entire line, as Scanpan truly delivers! This is premium quality. Did I mention it's also beautiful?!

Wonderful Pot
Second pot we have purchased of this brand. Love how it performs. Heats evenly. Cleans like a dream. Durable.

Best pan ever!
I ate at a friens house in Chicago who used the pan and he raved about it.
Now that I have it I understand why.
The even heat cooking with it is amazing!
No oils or fats necessary, and it cleans in seconds.

Excellent Addition
I was looking for a non-stick addition to my saute pans in this size range. I really appreciate that you can use a metal utensil with the pan even though I stick with plastic most of the time. The slant of the sides makes the pan simple to use to toss ingredients to get an even distribution. The ability to go from the cook-top to the oven is a real plus. But perhaps the best feature is how easily the pan cleans - nothing sticks to it! I will continue to expand my Scan Pan set. I would recommend that anyone starting their cookware collection start with a set of these excellent pans.

Without a doubt, this is the best nonstick frypan I've ever used. The cleanup process amazes me. Best of all, its durability is impressive. We cook with it daily. It's way worth the extra money.

Disappointed
I have used some Scanpan Classic pans before and this was my first Professional pan purchase. There were two problems. The first was that the surface was not as non stick as the classic pans and the second was the pan arrived with a subtle dent that I didn't appreciate until after I'd recycled the the packaging material. The second problem was a quirk but the lack of the truly great nonstick surface was a huge disappointment. The styling is beautiful and the quality seems fine. The surface was why this pan was bought and it didn't 'pan out' for me.
