Care and Use
• Before using for the first time, hand wash in warm soapy water.
• After each use, wash with warm soapy water while it is still warm. The product should be completely clean before storing.
• Do not use aerosol sprays.
• Do not over heat.
• Do not use to store food.
• Burn marks due to overheating or charring of fatty substances can be removed by filling 3/4 full with water, adding a dessert spoon of dishwashing liquid, and simmering for 15 minutes. Then rinse and scrub as usual.
• Some signs of normal wear and tear will not affect the non stick finish.

"For the past year I have been enjoying the ultimate in stir-fry cooking with the Scanpan Professional Wok. My velvetized Chicken Stir-Fry dish never ceases to amaze me because the Scanpan Wok can sear those tender morsels of chicken like no other pan. And no...I repeat.....NO food will ever stick, thanks to the superior titanium coated surface. Plus, the Scanpan Wok Set has even tempted me to attempt Tempura. Now that's a mouthful. And I've had many memorable mouthfuls, due to this wonderful wok. In addition, it's great that it's scratch-resistant, too. I like Scanpan products so much that I've now purchased their saucepans and frying pans. Once you've cooked with Scanpan....there's no going back to others!"
