Making carving easy!
We used it to carve a turkey just yesterday and it worked out geat! The middle that is designed for keeping the bird in place while carving worked like a charm and cleaning and oiling the board after use was easy. Love it!

Reversible Carving Board review
I purchased the large one. It is wonderful with carved in handle places to carry it smoothely and I love the well for the meat juices. I think you should be aware that this board is unsealed so before you use it you should seal it with food grade oil. IT's a job to do, but is necessary. Overall I love it!

Excellent carving board!!
Based on feedback from other customers, I bought this one and I absolutely agree with the reviews! This is a great reversible carving board for meats and poultry and custom-sized juice wells! The inset handles are also functional! Another great product from Chef's!

What I had hoped it was.
I bought this as a gift for my husband. It's very sturdy and generous proportioned to handle any cut of meat we cook. The deep side channels keep the messy juice off the counter. Yay!

Really well received gift!
I have a brother-in-law who would have beef every night for the rest of his life if he could. Could not have (and I looked) found a better carving board anywhere. He loved it and has raved about it to all of his "beef buddies". Great size and quality, very pleased.

This has been purchased as a 2012 Christmas Gift. It is exactly as we hoped - solid and well made. It will certainly be put to great use in a busy kitchen!

Big and Beautiful Cutting Board
Bought it for the T-Day turkey carving and it was perfect. No juices running all over the counters and everything contained in the cutting board. Excellent purchase that we will use forever.

Finally a solution to messy roast juice
This worked great when we had our annual Christmas rib roast. It made cutting easy. And no juice splattering and seeping onto the counter. It's very heavy, big (it is for carving roasts afterall) and a little pricey, but functions well.
