The hollow edge on this blade creates pockets of air which prevent sticking so it's easier to carve thin slices of meat and poultry. The traditional curve of the blade enables you to follow the contours of meat and poultry on the bone. The curved fork anchors the roast in place for carving. Both pieces are hand-forged from a single piece of high-carbon stainless steel and have full tangs. Triple-riveted composition handles. Made in Germany.
