Can't beat this great pan!
It just doesn't get any better than this 12-inch non-stick multi-clad stainless skillet from Cuisinart. It is a great size with lots of room on the flat cooking surface. The upper rim of the pan is a full and generous 12 inches across. I measured the actual cooking surface as 10 3/4 inches diameter across the bottom, much more than most of the other 12-inch skillets have to offer. The low, sloping sides make it easy to get a spatula or turner under your food to lift or turn it over. The 12-inch skillet also has a helper handle--that is, a loop-style handle across from the long handle to make it easy to lift and move this large skillet. The long handle is a bit more flat and broad than many competitors' skillets so it makes it easier to hold with one hand when you have to turn it to drain off hot liquids. The non-stick surface works great to prevent sticky or delicate foods from sticking to it. Yet it browns foods beautifully. Clean up is a breeze. The multi-clad construction of the pan is also a plus with a layer of heat-conducting aluminum sandwiched between layers of stainless steel to conduct heat evenly all across the bottom of the pan. It is sturdy professional grade cookware that won't warp from high heat. It's metal handles makes it safe to put into the oven to finish cooking foods. The long handle stays cool to the touch when the pan is used on the stove top. The loop helper handle may become a bit warm. But both handles will become hot if the pan is put into the oven. That's just a given for this type of cookware. My old hard-anodized aluminum non-stick pan used to take forever to heat up. I find this Cuisinart Multi-clad pan heats more quickly and responsively with no hot spots. It cooks like a dream. I recommend hand-washing this pan because of the non-stick surface. Trust me, it's quick and easy and it will reward you with many years of service. I highly recommend this cookware.

This one will last
I had gotten in the habit of buying cheap teflon skillets that would only last 6 months or so and then need replacing. Then I received this skillet as a gift about 2 years ago.
This is a nice skillet -- built to last. It is showing no wear after 2 years. I have bought two other sizes since I recieved the gift. I'm very pleased with it's performance.

i love this pan-nothing sticks to it, it's great for eggs-they just roll onto the plate, plus it matches the rest of my Cuisinart stainless set.

a standby
Had these before so I knew what I was buying. The pan is such high quality that it lasts much longer than the lining loses its non-stickness/scratches so I'm trying the green one side by side.

Excellent
This skillet is was an excellent buy, it's exactly as advertised, and it does breakfast eggs to perfection.

Poor choice
For a 12" skillet, this one is very shallow and not very useful unless you are looking for a large saute pan. More depth was expected for a pan of this diameter. Disappointing.

Heavier cladding is a big improvement over others
Heavy clad bottom allows cooking at lower heat to get the same result as in lesser pans. Also allows for better and more consistent heat retention. Non-stick surface is plenty slippery and, so far, is wearing well. More expnsive than some others but worth it for the superior performance.

A good value for the money
This pan performed well, the non-stick surfact does what it's supposed to do. Otherwise, there isn't much to be said about a frying pan.
