Can't get any easier!
I bought this product when purchasing the yogurt maker. Since I wasn't certain how easy it would be to make yogurt, I decided this would be a good accompaniment.
It makes great tasting yogurt and it couldn't be simpler to make using this product.

Easy To Use
I purchased this yogurt starter, along with a yogurt machine. I am impressed with how easy the starter dissolves into the milk. It is no problem to use and the final product is very creamy and thick.

Great yogurt
I made yogurt with my Euro Cuisine yogurt maker using this starter and another time with fresh yogurt. The yogurt made with the starter was excellent while the yogurt made with fresh yogurt was not great. I highly recommend this yogurt starter.

Good but with some caveats
I purchased the euro cuisine 2 quart yogurt maker in hopes I could use a starter that was made by another company that is much cheaper. I could not get the other starter to culture as it seemed the yogurt maker temperature was too low. As a recommendation from euro cuisine I tried their starter and it worked great. Negatives would be the price and the fact that I haven't had success reculturing (I use raw milk so that may also be a factor). It is however easy to use and tasty.

Too much tang for me!!
I bought this starter to use with my Euro-Cuisine yogurt maker. I had already made a batch of yogurt using a container of yogurt for the starter. The yogurt came out very yummy. When I made a batch using this starter, it came out extremely tangy. I like a little bit of tang.....but this was way too much for me. A subsequent batch made with some of the yogurt also was too tangy. Last night I made a batch of yogurt using another brand of starter and had great results. Maybe I got a bad batch of starter I don't know.

good starter
This starter works wonderfully with the
Eurocuisine yogurt maker. It dissolves easily and creates a smooth yogurt.

Greatest Never Failed
i make Greek yogurt every week and the taste is wonderful. It is creamy and smooth. The Yogurt Starter is expensive but still cheaper then the store prices for Greek yogurt.

No-fail Yogurt Making
Each batch of yogurt is delicious and always the same. I recommend it for anyone who wants to be certain of the content of what they are eating.
