A superior steel fry pan like this gets better with use. Due to the nature of this material, it will darken over time. The blackening is a natural seasoning process; the blacker the fry pan becomes, the better it cooks. Hand-wash and dry. Made in France. Set/3: One each 8", 10", 12".

These pans are the best I have ever cooked with...and I have some great pans. I used to use my cast iron pans often but these are so much better with even better results, plus you can deglaze with these pans. These pans seasoned very quickly and nicely and are now so much better than using non-stick. I liked these so well that I purchased the set of three saute pans and can't wait to cook in them tonight!. Learn More
