This food tray is a good addition to the KA food grinder. It allows you to have more food at the ready to feed into the chute. The standard tray is pretty small so this tray is very worthwhile. It attaches easily and securely and removes easily. It's easy to clean. I recommend it.

This produce works perfect with my kitchen aide
I got this in the mail and could hardly wait to try it.
Tried it today on a roast and the grinder that attaches
to my kitchen aide mixer. I grind my own hamburger
meat for hamburgers. They are so much better
than ready ground meat.

Glad I bought it!
It slides on easily, keeps food within easy reach of the hopper, holds quite a lot so reduces times to refill, and reduces spilling/dropping of food particles on table/counter.

A Must Have
The title says it all -- if you are going to get the grinder, the tray attachment is a MUST HAVE!

Great addition to the mixer
The larger tray is a real pleasure to work. The original tray that comes with the grinder is too small while this accessory holds a good amount of food. Worked very well for apple sauce with the Strainer and for several pounds of meat when I make fresh ground beef or pork.

The tray is much larger than the original one that comes with the meat grinder attachment. It's great for the larger jobs.
