I brought this hand blender as a gift for myself. I love it. I can make broccoli and cheese soup and know that it is blended well. Very easy to use and I definitely recommend it.

Tremendous value for a small price. Cleans up easy and stores in a small space. I will be ordering 5 more as Christmas presents.
We use it mainly for mixing a high protein shake of Boost, protein powder and sorbet.

Incredible Purchase
This is one tool that is a MUST HAVE for in your kitchen. It is amazing. It's ease of use and ease of clean up is incredible. I love, love, love it!!!

Making soup is so easy!
The SmartStick Hand Blender changed the way I make soup. Now, I no longer have to pour hot soup into a blender, I am able to leave the soup simmering in the pot on the stove and blend it with the SmartStick. It saves me time, no messy blender to clean and my soup stays hot! It makes a great gift to all my cooking friends, I highly recommend it!

A Real Timesaver
Now that I've purchased this product and used it only once so far, I'm wondering what took me so long to decide!!! Making soup is a breeze and FAR easier than having to pour hot ingredients little by little into a blender or food processor! I'm sure that as time goes on, I'll find even more uses for this little workhorse. Of course, the Cuisinart brand pretty much guarantees reliability and longevity...

great affordable immersion blender
I purchased this immersion blender primarily for making soups and I love it! It blends well without splashing, is very easy to clean, and is a great affordable price.

Very useful in the kitchen.
I received this hand-held blender as a gift, and it has proved itself very useful many times. I take it to the stove and make gravies instantly smooth, and puree soups just to the consistency that I prefer. No more pouring hot liquids into a blender (ouch!). It is also great for smoothies and making hot chocolate nice and frothy like Starbucks. I keep mine close at hand.

Perfect tool
I use the stick blender for making soup, and it's perfect for that job. Rather than ladle hot soup into my blender then pour it back into the pot which usually results in soup spilled on my stove and countertop, this little tool makes the job easy and clean. Love it. I may try it for smoothies, but the blender is the perfect tool for that job.
