Fantastic pans! Can't live without them!
I hardly ever use anything but Chicago Metallic pans for my baking. My yeast breads and quick breads always turn out perfectly. In response to Alwayslookin from Wakefield, RI, concerning water collecting in the corners: yes, I found this to be annoying also, but an easy way to remedy this is to hand-wash the pans ASAP after emptying, then stick them back in your still-warm oven to dry! No more oozing!!!!

Bread Pans good purchase
I actually have 6- 3 sizes of these bread pans, and love them all for different reasons. They do a great job of baking the loaves and the non stick surface works good.
I would recommend them to any one who loves to make bread as I do.

Nice heavy weight loaf pans.
Turn out lovely loaves of zucchini bread.
Easy clean up.

Simple Yet Effective
A basic -- but professional grade -- loaf pan -- well made, sturdy, etc. (I have had loaf pans that bend!). These are substantial and the browning is very even.

Best new pans
I bought the 1 1/2 lb. bread loaf and also one 1 1/2 bread loaf made by Calphalon on this site. I used them both the same day and with the same ingredience. I got great results from both.
If you read my review from Calphalon it will go into depth.

Pans are durable heavy metal.
The only problem is that the inside corners collect and keep oozing water when it is hand-washed.
