Use Instructions
• Fine Shredder - Shreds hard, crisp vegetables such as carrots, potatoes and zucchini. Grates hard cheeses (best to chill or slightly freeze cheeses before shredding). Shreds coconut, nuts and dry bread for bread crumbs.
• Coarse Shredder - Shreds vegetables and fruits. Ideal for turning potatoes in shoestrings or hash browns and cabbage into coleslaw. Creates wider shredded cheese and is perfect for shredding chocolate and nuts for dessert garnishes.
• Thin Slicer - Thinly slices vegetables such as cabbage for coleslaw or sauerkraut, potatoes for potato chips and cucumbers for bread and butter pickles. Also slices carrots, radishes and large nuts such as walnuts and pecans.
• Thick Slicer - Thickly slices firm fruits or vegetables. Ideal for vegetables that will be steamed, fried, scalloped or creamed.
