A good product, easy to use, easy to clean, makes good espresso. Much cheaper than buying at a coffee shop. I'm very happy with it.

Makes great coffee. I had difficulty learning how to make the froth, with practice it's getting better.

Easy and fast
It brews fast is easy to use and easy to clean. You don't have to wait for the pressure to release to brew multiple cups and the frothing wand works great. It looks good in my kitchen next to the Cuisinart coffee maker. I also like the cup warmer. I don't drink coffee but my husband says it makes a nice smooth full bodied latte. I made multiple cups at my weekly game day with my family and they loved it. My only complaint is it drips from the dispenser while using the frothing wand.

Glad I got it
While looking for an espresso machine this was among mt top picks, it's the only one with a 3 year guarantee. I've only had it for one day. It's very easy to use the coffee was excellent. Very nice recipe booklet and vedio. Cannot wait to share this with my daughter-in-law. She's a real espresso lover. Going to make a tote for it.

Great Espresso Maker
We were looking for a maker that was inexpensive and bought this one. Extremely well made. Only had it for a month but we love it and plan on using it all of the time.

The Right Choice!
I searched for a couple months for the best valued espresso machine and decided to purchase the Cuisinart Pump Espresso Maker EM-100. After one month I can wholeheartedly say..."I made the right choice"!
Look no further if you want a quality espresso machine at a very reasonable price.

Best Pump Machine We Have Owned So Far
We have owned pump machines before (Krups, Braun) and have been disappointed in the espresso quality - not much crema, not sufficiently strong and concentrated brew. Additionally, both units quit functioning at about one year old. We defaulted to cheapo vacuum machines and stove top Moka pots for the last ten years or so. I recently purchased the Cuisinart pump machine for my daughter's birthday, based on the reviews at Chef's, the reasonable price, and my satisfaction with other Cuisinart tools in my kitchen. Daughter was absolutely delighted with the machine. I, in turn, purchased the same for our household and we are amazed at the rich espresso, and the finely steamed milk with its light and creamy texture. We used to make lattes to make the best of the vacuum pot brews. Now it seems like a shame to dilute that rich creamy espresso goodness!
