For optimum comfort, the unique "D" shape handle design rests smoothly in curve of your fingers as they curl around the handle. The asymmetrical bolster is ground out more on the right side to provide proper finger placement and a comfortable, secure grip. Care Instructions
To keep your Shun cutlery in its finest shape, you will occasionally need to use a sharpening steel.
Shun knives are dishwasher-safe, but hand-washing in soapy water with a soft brush or cloth is recommended.
It is best to store your Shun knives in a heavy knife block.
