nearly the best knife in the kitchen.
I added this knife to chef's, boning, fileting, bread, santoku, and several paring knives. It is very sharp, serrated, cuts bread, dips and spreads mayo, slices tomatos, puts those little slices on risen bread dough just before bakiing. It does those things better than the other knives in the block. But be careful, it is very sharp.

WONDERFUL...WONDERFUL!!!
I surprised my husgband, who is a Chef, a couple years ago and bought him this knife. He just loves it and uses it almost everyday. I was so excited I decided to purchase one for my own use at home. It is the BEST, or as they say, the ULTIMATE utility knife you can buy. I have not, and will not, try other brands. Shun is it for both of us.

Quality cutting power
Great all around knife. At first you'll think you just got a hold of a sandwich spreader on steroids. But start cutting all of your everyday food items from mundane to difficult and you'll realize what a cutting powerhouse his is. The super sharp edge is wavy - not serrated, and just bites and cleanly slices through anything that gets in its way. Crusty bread, stubborn cheese, slippery chicken, sinuous meat, wiggly fish, elusive tomatoes all surrender to this mighty implement. Not too big, not too small. Soon to be your everyday, all occasion knife.

Love this knife
I love this knife! It does an amazing job on things like tomatoes, crusty bread, cheese , sausage - I haven't found anything it won't cut, but obviously large loaves of bread would be a bit problematic~
I hide it from my husband - I'm afraid he will drop it or lose it - LOL!!

Go With The Wave!
The scalloped edge of this knife is actually better than a traditional serrated-edge knife, doing yeoman's work on everything from hard, crusty bread to peaches. It can slice thin pieces of apple, tomatoes, peppers, you name it. Flip it over and now you have a nice spreader. The rounded tip is a big bonus for people like me who dislike sharp points. Plus, the wide blade can double as a cake or pastry server in a pinch. (How many other knives can do that?)

Awesome - my go to knife
I absolutely LOVE this knife. The 6 inch size is perfect for me. It will slice a tomato very thinly; you can chop vegetables, slice small roasts, and slice bread. This knife handles 95% of my needs.
I bought a second one for our vacation home. If I lost this knofe I would have to replace it immediately. Cannot live without it.
