Care and Maintenance
• Only water should be heated in the Chef'sChoice® Hot Pot.
• To clean the hot pot, turn the power switch off and unplug the base unit. Wait until the hot pot has cooled to room temperature.
• To prevent scratching, clean the outside of the pot with only a soft cloth. Never use an abrasive cleaner.
• The interior of the hot pot can be cleaned regularly by the decalcification methods described in your instruction and care guide.
• Never immerse the hot pot in water or place it in the dishwasher. Rinse out the hot pot regularly and after extended non-use.
