These mustards are ground according to old-world Southern French techniques and handmade for us in Napa Valley. Two 10-oz. jars attractively packaged in a wooden crate.
Ingredients:
Cognac: Dijon mustard (water, brown mustard seed, white wine vinegar, salt, citric acid), cognac, brown sugar
Peppercorn: Dijon mustard (water, brown mustard seed, white wine vinegar, salt, citric acid), cracked peppercorn.
Prepared & packaged with: Wheat/gluten, tree nuts (walnuts, hazlenuts), fish (anchovies), eggs, peanuts, soy.
