• Before using for the first time, wash in hot, soapy water with a sponge or dishcloth. Rinse in hot water and dry thoroughly.
• Hand-washing of the marble board and trivet is recommended. The tools are dishwasher-safe.
• Do not use steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergents. Nylon scrubbing pads are safe to use.
• To polish the stainless steel, use a commercial stainless-steel cleaner and follow the manufacturer's instructions.
