Quick hot water
I had admired a pot similar that a friend had. I saw this in the catalogue and ordere it. I am so pleased with the speed I get hot, hot water and also the ease of cleaning. The glass electric kettle is a great addition to my home.

Great Purchase
This kettle is simply terrific!!! It boils the water very fast and gets really hot, which makes great tea because it pulls out the flavor from your tea bags with full bodied strength. I purchased ( 4 ) and my sister purchased ( 3 ) because we knew that they were great for christmas gifts. My sister and I already had our kettles so we wanted others to enjoy the experience also. I would recommend this water kettle in a heart beat. It is great for different things , like instant hot cereal and instant mashed potatoes, and etc. Well I guess that you got the message ''LOL'', it's great!!! I can't find anything negative to say about it and it looks good too!!!

Best Kettle Ever
This is the best electric kettle I have ever owned. The water boils very fast and with the glass you can see right when it starts to boil. It has an automatic shut off but I generally tun it off right when it starts to boil. I could never do that with my previous three electric kettles. The Capresso Glass Electric Kettle is the only kettle I will ever use and the only kettle I would give as a gift.

This is a terrific item, it looks great in my coffee bar and boils water so fast. My husband uses it every day, I am ordering my second one for his office.

Very good kettle
When my old stovetop kettle started to decay, I decided to purchase an electric kettle as many of my friends had them, and they seem to heat water faster. After researching electric kettles, and based upon an enthusiastic recommendation from Cooks' Illustrated, I purchased the Capresso. It has not disappointed. I make a pot of tea every morning with breakfast, and it boils the water very quickly. By the time I get the teapot, teabags, cups, sugar and milk together, the water is ready to go. And it stays hot for quite a while, great if you want to top off the teapot. Also, many recipes I make call for adding hot water. With the Capresso, it's at the ready when I want it. Stylish and practical, this is a great product.

Capresso Glass Electric Kettle
I had this kettle for a number of years and have recently purchased my second. It is efficient and is faster than a microwave or regular kettle, which means less use of fossil fuels! It is modern in design and looks very nice on my counter. I use it for making tea, coffee, and hot water in general; i.e. I'll boil water in the kettle and then pour it into a pot to make pasta for example. I live at high elevation and this really speeds up cooking time.
