I don't believe you could use this for pots, pans and casseroles. That would make it very heavy for one handed use. It is not intended for bulky, weighty items like the ones you listed so I don't think you should try it. Also, the other thing to consider is this is a smooth board. There is nothing to prevent any item you are transporting from sliding right off. It is not designed for that type of use. We do not want you to get hurt.
