Use and Care
Unplug buffet server from outlet when not in use and before cleaning.
Before initial use and after each subsequent use, wash removable parts in warm, sudsy water, rinse and dry.
The clear lids are top-rack dishwasher-safe.
Simply wipe warming tray base clean with a mild detergent and a soft, moist cloth.
Never use any scouring agents or abrasive cleaning pads or metal scouring pads.
Do not immerse the warming tray or let the heat control come in contact with water or other liquid.
Remove any food residue that remains on the warming surface after use. Remove residue by gently scrubbing with a fine cleansing pad such as nylon mesh or with an ordinary cleansing pad. Rinse and wipe dry.
To polish, use an nonabrasive glass cleaner.
Do not allow water to spill or seep into frame.
