Nice and sturdy.
I was impressed by the quality of this pitcher. I was made of a thick glass but was not too heavy too heavy to handle. It fits nicely on the door shelf of my refrigerator.

This glass pitcher is the very best I've seen. The 'sealable' lid works so smoothly! I just love it.

Excellent Quality and Function
I use powdered milk and was told by the maunfacturer that I need to mix it in a glass pitcher to assure that it would be good for 7-10 days after prepared. Plastic is porous and can promote bateria growth if not cleaned with a bleach solution after soap/water washing. I ordered two of this Frigoverre Glass Pitchers, the 39oz. and the 77oz. sizes. I use the smaller for the milk and the larger for sweet tea. The glass is thick and the handles are strong. The spouts do not drip. The hermetically sealing lids are the best. Heavy plastic with a rubber washer type ring that when held in place and the center piece turned a bit, tightens and seals completely. I rate these pitchers 10 out of 10. I give them my thumbs up.

A Practical Investment!!!
For Example.....Milk Prices are on the rise!!! As soon as you bring home that gallon of Milk, place into these Glass pitchers.....They keep the Milk COLDER!!! Saving Vitamin"A" & "D" which we lose with plastic containers!!! We must return back to basics...We the consumer,LOST, when Glass Bottled Milk was discontinued!!! But You can use these pitchers for all liquids, and enjoy refreshing Cold product!!
