This is the absolute best unit to put on the stove top!!!! It is wonderful. I use mine to fry chicken, make pancakes, fry hashbrowns, hamburger patties, you name it.... it is just fabulosssoooo!!! Any thing that you want to cook on the stove top, this is that pan for it......
