Care Instructions
• Wusthof knives are dishwasher-safe but hand-washing is recommended. In the dishwasher, your Wusthof knife may bang against other cutlery or pots and pans and knick the blade.
• Wipe the knife clean with a wet cloth and dishwashing detergent. Dry immediately. Dry from the back of knife to the blade.
• No metal is completely stain-free. To prevent slight tarnishing, be sure to remove acidic foods (lemon, mustard, ketchup, etc.) from the blade after use. If blade should show some signs of staining, clean with a non-abrasive metal polish.
• To prevent irreparable blade damage, it is best to store your knife in a knife block or in-drawer knife tray.

Excellent Set for All My boyfriend bought me this set two years ago and we still use these knives every day! I highly recommend this set for anyone who needs a basic knife set. This set will work well for anyone from the novice, expert, or even the beginner. I have much smaller hands than my boyfriend however we find the hilt and weight of these knives to work perfectly for both of our hands. Excellent Knife, Best Price We Found Anyone who knows knives will acknowledge that Wusthof knives are among the very best. My husband is an Exec. Chef and needed a new set of knives because his old Wusthofs were ground down and would no longer hold an edge. We shopped all over the Internet and found this site with a comparable price and FREE SHIPPING for this 2-piece set. He has to use the Grand Prix II because of HASSP regulations (no wood handles).
