Awesome new tool
I had been pining for my own Wusthof slicer since my friend let me use his. Love, love how easy it is to slice those prime rib roasts. I highly recommend it.

Best carving knife -- EVER
We absolutely love this slicer -- it is perfect for slicing a roast, ham or poultry. The balance is excellent for slicing all meats. A good product.

Excellent slicer
I've been wanting a knife like this for a long time and never got around to purchasing one. When I saw this in the catalog at such a great price I had to get one. It's as great as advertised.

Quality Made Slicer
The Wusthof Gourmet collection are quality knives and they are not even the top of the line ones that they make.
This slicer cuts through meat just like butter. The handle is well made, fits in my hand very well and the blade is full tang.
This is a perfect knife for your Thanksgiving Turkey, your Christmas Roast and Easter Ham!

Great knife
I'd been lusting after this knife for a long time but was put off by the price, and waited for it to go on sale. It is a fabulous knife with a great feel and balance, and does what it is advertised to do - cut paper thing slices. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Excellent product. I bought it for my husband to carve all the smoked meat that he cooks as a hobby and he is absolutely thrilled. It is sharp, easy to maintain and high quality. Price was excellent too.

sturdy and sharp
The sturdy knife is easy to control during carving and glides easily through roasts and the frozen wheel of greek lamb.
