Excellent sharpener - My knives have never been sharper !

This product will service you for many years!
This is my second chefs Choice Knife Sharpener in 40 years. I love the Asian knifes and thus I needed to upgrade to the newer sharpener model. But I did pass my old one onto a newly married couple and they were very pleased to get it. This is a quality product and I enjoy sharpe knives in my kitchen.

Great sharpener
The 1520 knife sharpener dose what the ad says what it will do. I have both Asian and European knives, both of high quality. As they get older it is harder and harder to keep a quality edge by hand. I was able to bring all my knives back to new cutting edges in about a half hour. I sharpened 16 knives in that time. I se that I will be using the stropping part of the sharpener on a regular bacis, however; I see me using the main sharpener once or twice a year and still it is well worth the price.

Excellent Knife Sharpener
Bought this for Christmas and have sharpen all kitchen knives. This does a great job with little effort and is small enough to hide away when not in use. I would recommend this to all who are tired of sharpening your knives by hand.

This was purchased as a Christmas gift to replace the same model that wore out after several years of heavy duty use. It is a great product.

The best there is!
The 1520 can do it all. Once you get the process of sharpening the different knives you can fly with this device. Works on everything and very stylish.

Very Impressive!
I got the Chef's Choice AngleSelect Sharpener as a Christmas gift. I own several good quality German and Asian knives, so I love that this product can sharpen both. I had stopped using some of my German knives because I could not get them sharp enough with just a hand held honer. I was totally amazed at how super sharp this wonderful machine got them! Knives that had been relegated to the back of the drawer are again taking part in my everyday meal prep, preforming even better than when new. The instructions are very detailed and also provide a substantial education on the difference between Asian and European/American knives. I highly recomment this sharpener for anyone who appreciates having an "edge" in the kitchen!

Excellent Sharpener!!!
I gave this sharpener to my boyfriend for Christmas and it has already paid for itself as he has sharpened four sets of knives within a matter of days (we had a lot of family to visit). I love that it gives you detailed instructions and explains exactly how the machine works, as well as why asian and european knives have different angles. This information, along with super sharp knives will certainly improve my time in the kitchen. I highly recomend this product to anyone who suffers from dull knives - it makes prep time fun again!
