Easy to clean
Over the years I have tried numerous beer can chicken devices and they all worked BUT were difficult to clean. This stainless steel product is a breeze to clean and gives you the option to use any liquid you desire. I have four of them and freeze the 'planovers' via a food saver for future use. Life is now easier at my home.

Better n a beer can
Well made, quality construction, takes the beer can chicken concept into the 21st century! If you like to "Q", this things for you! I looked at several styles, this one seems to be the best, easy to use, easy to clean, just be sure you spray/wipe it with cooking oil before use, makes clean up a breeze! Better get two, when you cook birds this way, there are no leftovers!

Makes cooking easy and flawless!
I gave it to my parents who turned up their noses at the idea and my dad actually made my mom make a seperate fried chicken dinner when I made them dinner with the beer roaster. My dinner was picked clean and theirs was put into the fridge for the next day. They're believers now!

Fun tool for chicken lovers
We used to make chicken the same way but would use a beer can filled with beer and salad dressing. The can would be inserted in the cavity and the bird would then sit vertically with the can as the base. It worked, but it was messy. This tool makes it much much easier. The chicken comes out very moist and it really does pick up the flavor of whatever you put in the tube. Works very well on the barbecue too and you don't have to sit there watching it to make sure it doesn't burn.

Chicken Roaster
This is the best roaster. I have ordered at leat 10 so far for ourselves and friends/family. Fruit juice or sweet wine seems to be the best liquid, but beer is also good. We cook a 4# chicken at 400 for 1 hour and it comes out perfect every time. Be sure to spray the roaster w/oil on all surfaces and coat chicken inside & out w/oil.
