The best cookie sheets/jelly roll pans
These pans are the greatest. They are heavy and don't warp. Very reasonably priced to. I have really enjoyed giving them as Christmas presents to the family.

Great Buy/Great Product
I have had Chicago commercial pans for years and they are the best pans ever. Mine have been used constantly, and I've never had a problem. They won't rust or warp like the cheap pans. If you buy these pans, you will never have to replace them.

Must Have, several
I got a medium for making Buche de Neol over Christmas and I'm glad I did. Worked very well, cooked evenly and released just fine. I have several sizes and use them for more than they were intended. Chicago Metallic pans are nice and heavy so they hold up to use and abuse.

Becoming a "Go-To" Pan
This heavyweight jelly roll pan is quickly becoming a 'go-to' pan for baking cookies, large batch brownies, and, yes, jelly rolls. It works well for roasting vegetables and baking a variety of meats.

Pan is well made and quite substantial. Small size is perfect for my wall oven. Versatile-used for baking and cold desserts. Highly recommend.

Fantastic!
I love the size, weight and useability of these commercial quality jellyroll sheets. I used them in conjunction with the parchment paper and my sugar cookies came out perfectly. I was able to lift them off without a spatchula, no sticking, no crumbling and they cooled significantly faster than with my former baking sheets.

Good Pans and Good Value
I bought this pan to use in my recently purchased Waring Pro Counter-Top Convection oven. It fits perfectly, works very well and is virtually indestructible.
