My perfect pan! I love this pan. Nothing sticks to it and you don't have to use non stick spray. I've had other pans ruined because they left dark imprints ie, a round cookie imprint, of where the food had been, but after cooking with this one--nothing is left; which makes it very easy to clean. It's the perfect size for me also. I cook a lot of biscuits and I've been looking for a pan that works. This is just the right size for that because it fits twelve biscuits and they come out perfectly browned on the top and bottom. May 20, 2012
