Each blade style is designed for particular uses: The fine blade is ideal for grating/zesting all types of citrus peel, as well as a variety of hard spices such as nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves. Use the medium ribbon or coarse grater blades for hard cheese such as Parmesan and Romano, as well as a variety of fruits and vegetables. Hand guard available separately.

Care and Use
All Gourmet Series Hand Graters are dishwasher-safe. We recommend rinsing your grater in warm water immediately after each use. Remove trapped particles from the non-sharp side whenever possible. To remove trapped particles on the front, first soak the tool in warm water and then use a cleaning brush to stroke in the same direction as the teeth. Store with blade covered when not in use.
