Lasting Beauty!
I purchased this set in February 2008. It is November 2008 and my utensil set still looks as beautiful as it did when I first received it! I use them every day for each meal that I prepare and afterwards they are washed in lukewarm, soapy water, dried, and oiled with a dab of olive oil. There is no splitting of the wood or discoloration, even after all the use that they get in my kitchen. This is definitely a set worth every penny and with care, will last indefinitely. Highly recommended for the cook who wants quality and durability together!

Excellent utensils!
These are simply beautiful, especially the largest spoon. The olive wood is very nice and I would highly recommend this set. I use mine all the time. Care is easy. I wash them in hot water and soap, then rinse and dry immediately. I, then, oil them and lay them out to absorb the oil before putting them away. Highly recommended!

Very well made wood utensils
Each piece is quite nicely made. Love olive wood.
Large spoon is beautiful, as are the two spatulas. Great on non-stick cookware. However, the two smallest spoons in the set are SMALL. Not sure I will ever use the very smallest one, which is a bit of a waste.
So, three of the utensils are great, one is okay, and one gets a "0" star, due to very small size. Maybe should have just bought the two spatulas and the largest spoon separately, rather than the full set.

Great quality for the price!
I was looking for an affordable alternative to bamboo wooden spoons and these olive wood utensils are perfect. Made in France they are well crafted and appear that they will last for many years.

Beautiful pieces
I bought a set for myself earlier this year and was so happy with them that I bought another to give as a christmas present.

Beautiful
These are strong and beautiful pieces. Be sure to dry them thoroughly after washing. It's a good idea to moisturize them with oil once in a while. Olive oil or grapeseed oil will keep them in great shape.

Olive wood tools
These spoons are a little expensive, but I expect them to be the last wooden spoons I purchase. They look great and are very functional.

LAST WOODEN SPOONS I WILL EVER BUY
BOUGHT 4. 2 FOR ME AND 2 FOR MY DAUGHTER. THOUGHT I WOULD START HER OFF WITH SPOONS THAT SHE WILL NEVER NEED TO REPLACE. I HAVE SPENT $$$ OVER THE YEARS TO REPLACE CRACKED SPOONS, BUT NO MORE. WELL WORTH THE EXPENSE FOR LIFETIME SPOONS
