I bought these, like most reviewers, to replace degrading non-stick fry pans. They have a great balance, handle all manner of tasks well. They heat evenly and retain heat well. I often bring them to temperatute, fix eggs for my wife, turn off the burner and fix my own eggs using the heat stored in the aluminum core of the pan. I like the option to begin a dish on the stove top and finish it in the oven using the same pan. The manufacturer needs to include information about seasoning and cleaning with the pans. Only that ommision keeps them from 5 stars, These are the best skillets I've ever used. Learn More
