a fine piece
I was ordered by the chef of the house to purchase a metallic roaster/baking pan. This pan is non-stick and employs specially constructed corners to allow the pan to expand/contract without warping. Been used twice, both times it worked perfectly. The non-stick works a treat.

Heirloom quality
Chicago Metallic bakeware is the best! I first invested in two 9 x9 inch square bake pans and have since added a round cake pan and a 9x13 cake pan. These pans may cost a little more, but they are well worth it--they are easy to clean, heavy-duty (able to withstand my rough and tumble storage system) and made to last!

Love these pans
I have several of these in different sizes and all of them are wonderful. The pans are sturdy and easy to clean. What more could any baker want?

Pleased with Bake/Roast Pan
I have used 13X9 pan to bake and roast. It has cleaned up well after every use since Nov. 08. After roasting dripswere easy to scrape for gravy.

Great Pan
This pan is sturdy, heavy gauged and very well built. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Chicago Metallic 9" x 9" pan
I have been looking for this size pan for several years for brownies. Do not like the 8" by 8" This pan is outstanding.

Performs as expected
I'm spending a little more money these days for pieces of quality kitchen equipment and this is definitely one of them.

Multiple Uses
Good size and multiple uses for baking or roasting. Not sure if it will be durable, but time will tell.
